Tyrus Shivers is the owner of TKS Integrators an organization that assists service-based business owners with scaling from 1M to 10M in annual revenue by the strategic implementation of automated systems, creating scalable processes, and developing an accountable team.

As a business owner I understand the frustrations that entrepreneurs and leadership teams face when all elements of the business are not functioning at full capacity. Often times there are simple issues that are overlooked which cause a majority of the problems. Every business has the ability to perform at a high level and maximize profits. After growing and scaling multiple businesses I seek to share the simple and effective processes that will allow any business to grow and thrive.

We teach entrepreneurs and business owners how to build and grow their teams (both virtual and in-house), create systems and processes, and automate common tasks. Then we take over the day-to-day management so they can focus on being the visionary.
